Our technicians are available at the following times:


8:30am - 12:30pm / 1:30pm - 5pm from Monday to Thursday

8:30am - 12:30pm / 1:30pm - 4:30pm on Fridays.

Our technicians, who have on average more than 15 years of experience in the field, will answer all types of questions (device failure, calibration, repair in our workshops, help with commissioning, etc.)


In the event of failure, a technician will remotely diagnose the reason for your device’s malfunction:


  • If a solution cannot be found remotely, an on-site repair may be triggered (see more in our customer service section).
  • If our technician considers that a repair can be performed in our workshops, we will invite you to return your device along with the following form. Click here.
